ROGUE TRADER - JHMJ Builder

      🚫ALERT!! 🚫     PLEASE BE WARNED. ROGUE TRADER - JHMJ BUILDERS LIMITED. Our Dear friend is in a terrible state following breach of contract by a builder. A builder from Stapenhill, Burton on Trent. Staffordshire. United Kingdom (UK,)  has totally and completely devastated an elderly disabled woman!  He received in excess of £100,000.00 to renovate three storey commercial building. Left the work site Feb/March 2020, confirmed/cancelled return dates till March 2021 then claims business closure due to none payment by our friend.  This man is not trustworthy, and extremely dishonest!  We have posted one of his emails and await further information/evidence from our friend which we will continue to   post here , including work site photographs. For one year the property has sat with no access to upper floors. Removed chimney from main roof, rainwater pouring in .Ground floor large retail area with a hallway leading to bathroom , hallway/bathroom has no roof so rain water
